Long weekend

Right now I am at the best place in my life in many ways. I am getting married soon, work is stressful but keeps me busy. Thanksgiving went well. CD's daughter and her bf came over, it was nice. I sent the girls a text but never heard from them (still haven't). This past week was the anniversary of my nmother dumping me. A total mix of emotions. When we went to Wal-Mart this morning, seeing the Christmas stuff really got me down. No kids at Christmas. THe holidays bring up such memories (mostly bad) about growing up and how bad it was.
